About the event
Join us for lunch at noon on Friday, February 13, at The Friendship Center to learn about our agency and how public policy impacts those we serve.
The Friendship Center provides victim services to those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking in Lewis and Clark, Broadwater, and Jefferson counties. We also work to prevent future instances of abuse through community-wide education and outreach efforts.
Lawmakers and public officials in our service region are key partners in our work. Policies at the state and local levels impact all of us who work to ensure public safety in our communities, including our colleagues in law enforcement and the criminal justice system. Policy also shapes the services that programs like ours can provide, and how victims can access resources that are sometimes life-saving.
We hope you can join us for lunch (provided by us) and a chance to get to…
