VOLUNTEER WITH US

Crisis Help Line Volunteer

One of the most vital services we offer is a 24/7 crisis line and that service needs you! If you have thought about doing more to support victims of domestic and sexual violence in our community, you can become an advocate and provide crisis intervention and support. We provide a 40-hour training twice a year that includes shadowing one of our advocates. Every crisis-line volunteer is backed up by staff advocates.

To learn more or sign up for the next training, email Sarah Kamis at sarah.k@thefriendshipcenter.org and review our crisis line application below.

General Office/Shelter Volunteer

From sorting the generous donations our community gives us to caring for our beautiful facility, there are many opportunities to volunteer at The Friendship Center.

Complete our volunteer application and background check forms below to start volunteering with us or call 406.442.6800 to learn more about how you can contribute.

WAYS TO GIVE

Donations of every amount have an impact and help ensure those experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking continue to have the necessary resources to resolve their crisis 24/7.

Contributing in-kind items is an excellent way to help us meet the needs of survivors. We regularly update the list of supplies and materials that we currently need most.

2024 Hope Benefit Luncheon Sponsors

Our annual Hope Benefit Luncheon generates about 25% of non-grant funding for The Friendship Center's vital services each year. Thanks to our sponsors, every dollar raised at this event directly supports our free, confidential services for survivors and community-wide education programming.

If you're interested in becoming a sponsor, email TFC Development Director Kim Patterson at kim.p@thefriendshipcenter.org.
