Our New Online Chat & Text Feature

The Friendship Center is happy to introduce a new way to connect with our advocates through chat or text.

New this month, visitors to The Friendship Center's website in our tri-county area can use a widget to reach an advocate via chat or text between 10 AM-3 PM, Monday-Friday.

If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking, and would like to contact us about our services, this online feature may be a great alternative if in-person or phone appointments are unsafe.

Things for chat widget users to keep in mind:

  • This feature is designed for those wishing to initiate services and is not meant for long-term, ongoing services.

  • This feature is NOT designed for emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911.

  • Internet usage can be monitored and this chat/text feature may not be a safe way for everyone to communicate.

Help us spread the word about this new way for survivors in Lewis and Clark, Broadwater, and Jefferson counties to get in touch about our services—especially any folks experiencing safety or accessibility barriers to reaching us by phone or in-person.
